Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in original condition, in original packaging with all tags and labels intact, and accompanied by valid proof of purchase.
Please note
Used, washed, or damaged items after delivery are not eligible for return.
Personalized or custom-made products are non-returnable unless received damaged or defective.
Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect product.
To initiate a return, please email info@kavodecor.com with your order number, reason for return, and product images (if applicable).
Once approved, our team will guide you through the next steps.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges only for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered.
To request an exchange, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and share clear photos of the product and packaging.
Our team will review and arrange a replacement if applicable.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be approved if return conditions are met.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit, as preferred.
