At Kavo Decor, we’re committed to delivering your order safely and on time. Each product is carefully packed to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

 

 

Shipping Time
Domestic shipping within India is delivered in approximately 4–7 business days after dispatch.
Delivery to remote areas may take slightly longer depending on courier availability.
Delivery timelines may vary during high-demand periods or due to unforeseen courier delays.

 

 

Shipping Charges
Free shipping is available on all prepaid orders above ₹1200.
A flat shipping fee of ₹100 applies to orders below ₹1200.
Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, if available, may include an additional fee of ₹100.

 

 

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS to monitor your delivery.

We work with trusted courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.
Kavo Decor is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners due to weather conditions, operational issues, or other external factors beyond our control.

Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
